Refund Policy

At Collective Visions Enterprises LLC (“CVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality audio engineering and creative services. Due to the specialized nature of our work, all sales for services already performed are generally final and non-refundable. However, we understand that creative projects are unique, and we strive to resolve any concerns professionally and fairly.

This Refund Policy applies to direct bookings with CVE, not services booked through third-party platforms like EngineEars, which may have separate refund rules.

1. Refunds for Services Already Performed

No refunds will be issued for services already performed once deliverables have been provided and meet the agreed project specifications.

Creative differences, subjective taste preferences, or changes in artistic direction do not qualify for refunds after services have been delivered.

2. Quality Guarantee and Revisions

CVE guarantees professional quality and adherence to industry standards.

If you believe your deliverables do not meet agreed specifications:

Contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of receiving your deliverables.

Describe your concerns clearly and provide examples or details.

CVE will:

Offer reasonable revisions at no additional cost within the original project scope.

Determine whether further revisions or partial refunds are appropriate on a case-by-case basis if your concerns cannot be resolved through revisions.

3. Partial Refunds (Rare Exceptions)

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

Deliverables fall substantially below the agreed project specifications, and

CVE is unable to resolve the issue through revisions.

Any approved refund will be:

Limited to the portion of the project fee attributable to the undelivered or unacceptable work.

Issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

4. Booking Deposits and Cancellations

For services booked directly through CVE (not through EngineEars):

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund of your booking deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of your deposit at CVE’s discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees and costs are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Transaction processing fees

Labor or time already expended on your project

Third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (e.g., licensing fees, session musicians)

Costs related to materials already purchased for your project

6. Usage Restriction on Unpaid Work

You may not use, distribute, release, or monetize any deliverables created by CVE until:

All invoices have been paid in full.

Any required license agreements have been signed.

If you use deliverables without paying in full, CVE reserves the right to:

Pursue payment for services rendered.

Seek damages for unauthorized use, including statutory damages under copyright law.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or revisions:

Project name or session date

Clear explanation of your concern

CVE will respond within 5 business days.

Refund decisions are at CVE’s sole discretion and will consider:

The scope of work already performed

Whether the deliverables meet agreed specifications

Efforts already made to resolve your concerns

8. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will follow the Dispute Resolution process set out in CVE’s Service Terms and Conditions Agreement, including mediation in Los Angeles County, California.
