Studio Rules

The Short Version:

Welcome to Collective Visions Enterprises LLC. To keep our studio safe, productive, and professional, please follow these rules:

1. Be On Time → Late arrivals may lose time without refunds.

2. Come Prepared → Bring your hard drive, music files, instruments, and be well-rehearsed.

3. Pay On Time → No deliverables leave the studio until your balance is paid in full.

4. Food & Drinks → Snacks are allowed, but keep them away from any equipment and clean up after yourself.

6. No Excessive Alcohol or Drugs → Moderate drinking only if it doesn’t disrupt sessions. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

7. No Guests Hanging Out → Only people essential to the production process are allowed in the studio. This is a workspace, not a hangout.

8. No Weapons Allowed → Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on CVE premises.

9. Respect People & Equipment → Treat everyone professionally. You break it—you buy it.

10. Liability → CVE is not responsible for injuries or lost property. Clients are responsible for any damage they cause.

Violations may result in immediate session termination without refund.

The Long Version:

At Collective Visions Enterprises LLC (“CVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients, engineers, and collaborators. This Code of Conduct sets forth the standards of behavior required from everyone who works with us or uses our facilities.

By booking or attending a session at CVE, or by working with us as an engineer or contractor, you agree to abide by the following rules:

1. Punctuality

- Arrive on time. Respect the scheduled session time to ensure projects stay on track.

- Time lost due to late arrivals may not be extended or refunded.

2. Preparedness

Clients agree to:

- Arrive prepared with all necessary materials for your session, including:

- Hard drives or storage devices

- Instrumentals or music files

- Instruments or performance equipment

- Lyrics, arrangements, or creative materials

- Be well-rehearsed to maximize session productivity and avoid unnecessary delays.

Engineers agree to:

- Arrive prepared with session templates, necessary software/hardware configurations, and any pre-discussed setup.

3. Payment and Financial Responsibility

- Pay on time. All invoices, deposits, and session fees must be paid promptly according to CVE’s Terms and Conditions.

- No deliverables will be released until all balances are paid in full.

4. Food and Beverages

- Clients are welcome to bring snacks or food for sessions, but:

- Keep food and drink away from sensitive equipment.

- Clean up after yourself to maintain a professional workspace.

- Excessive alcohol consumption on the premises is strictly prohibited.

- Moderate, responsible alcohol consumption may be allowed for adult clients if it does not disrupt the session or create safety concerns.

- CVE reserves the right to end a session immediately if alcohol use becomes excessive or poses a risk to people or equipment.

5. Substance Use

- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on CVE’s premises.

- Any violation may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

6. Respectful Behavior

- Treat CVE staff, engineers, clients, and fellow artists with courtesy and professionalism.

- Harassment, discriminatory remarks, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

- CVE reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session if anyone’s conduct creates a hostile or unsafe environment.

7. Equipment and Property

- Handle all studio equipment, instruments, and furnishings with care.

- Clients are responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or anyone acting under their direction.

- See CVE’s Terms and Conditions for details on reimbursement for damages.

8. Guests and Studio Access

- The studio is a professional workspace, not a social gathering spot.

- Only individuals essential to the production process are allowed in the studio.

- Examples include producers, co-writers, instrumentalists, vocal coaches, managers, or other professionals directly contributing to the session.

- Friends, spectators, or non-essential guests are not permitted in the studio during sessions.

- CVE reserves the right to limit or refuse entry to any individuals deemed non-essential to the work.

9. Confidentiality

- Respect the privacy and creative work of others. Do not share or record projects, conversations, or music from sessions without explicit permission.

10. Cleanliness

- Maintain a clean workspace. Dispose of trash properly and leave the studio as you found it.

11. Weapons Policy

No weapons of any kind are allowed on CVE’s premises.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Firearms

- Knives

- Explosives

- Any other object intended as a weapon

Any violation of this rule may result in:

- Immediate termination of the session without refund

- Permanent ban from CVE’s facilities

- Possible notification of law enforcement

Consequences of Violations

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in:

- Warnings for minor infractions

- Immediate termination of your session without refund

- Being banned from booking future sessions with CVE

- Financial liability for damages caused by misconduct

Acknowledgment

By attending a session, booking services, or working with CVE, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
